Luis Coronel founded LEAD driven by the belief that every student deserves access to opportunity. LEAD aims to empower youth across the Americas through education, mentorship, and leadership development. Originally inspired by the challenges he witnessed growing up in Peru, Luis has dedicated his career to bridging worlds, connecting students, professionals, and organizations to create lasting impact. Through his work, he continues to inspire others to dream boldly, lead with integrity, and use technology as a force for good.

Antonny Porlles

Antonny Porlles co-founded LEAD inspired by the belief that creativity and connection can transform lives. His passion for community began at just 11 years old in Peru, when he served as the national representative for youth rights, giving voice to those who often go unheard. Since then, Antonny has devoted his journey to empowering others to rise together—bridging students, professionals, and dreamers across borders. Guided by imagination and purpose, he turns ideas into action and vision into lasting impact. Through LEAD, Antonny continues to inspire others to lead with heart, create with courage, and discover the power of lifting one another to new heights.
